Emergency treatment of tripping of constant speed pump in large pump station

(I) emergency steps of shift leader

(1) immediately ask the water level of the operator in the control room and the alarm of the upper computer

(2) make correct judgment according to the water level and the alarm of the upper computer

(3) the linearity of the sensor element has reached a high level and ordered the operator in the control room to start the standby pump

(4) if there is no standby pump available, according to the actual situation of the tripping unit, and on the premise of no failure of the host, order the pump station attendant to change the control mode of the tripping unit from automatic to machine side, and start the unit in machine side mode to ensure the normal transmission of sewage

(5) command the operator of the control room to contact the dispatcher of the central control room, inform the situation, request to coordinate the water level, and ensure the reasonable transmission of sewage

(6) according to the alarm display items, it is used to measure the fatigue characteristics, fatigue life, prefabricated cracks and crack expansion of metal, alloy materials and their components (such as operating joints, fixed parts, spiral moving parts, etc.) under the tension, compression or tension compression alternating load at room temperature. The attendant of the experimental pump station will jointly check the equipment, find out the cause of the fault and eliminate the fault as far as possible within the scope of responsibility

(7) if there is a problem that cannot be solved, report it to the station master in time. After listening to the handling opinions, take measures and make detailed records

(8) at the time of shift handover, the next shift personnel shall explain the situation in detail, so that the next shift personnel can understand the situation of the equipment clearly

(II) emergency steps for operators in the control room

(1) if the constant speed unit suddenly trips, immediately start the standby unit according to the change of water level, and contact the central control room to inform the situation and request coordination of water level to ensure that the station operates under normal water level

(2) report the rise of water level and the upper computer alarm display record to the shift leader in time

(3) record the time, state and phenomenon of the fault

(4) report the fault to the station master and ask for instructions and advice

(5) after the standby group resumes normal operation and the water level is stable, report the fault handling and unit operation status to the dispatcher and station master in the central control room

(6) during shift handover, the next shift personnel shall explain the situation in detail, so that the next shift personnel can understand the situation of the equipment clearly

(III) emergency steps for the duty officer of the pump station

(1) prepare to start the unit at the machine side according to the order of the shift leader and with the SPI scale

steps for starting the constant speed unit at the machine side:

① change the control mode on the basic cabinet to the machine side

② change the control mode of the hydraulic station to local control

③ on the 6kV control cabinet, use the key to adjust the mode switch to the local

④ turn on the cooling fan and circulating cooling water on the basic cabinet, and turn off the heater

⑤ open the hydraulic gate on the control cabinet of the hydraulic station. When the gate is started for 5 ~ 10 seconds, timely close the corresponding vacuum contactor in the 6kV control cabinet and start the pump

steps to turn on the siphon unit at the machine side:

① change the control mode on the basic cabinet to the machine side

② turn on the cooling fan and circulating cooling water on the basic cabinet, and turn off the heater

③ close the destruction valve on the basic cabinet and open the vacuum exhaust valve at the same time

④ the size of the investment range can be achieved by pressing the pump on button on the machine side in the basic cabinet to start the pump

(2) cooperate with the shift leader to find out the cause of the sudden trip of the constant speed unit

(3) if the flow switch signal of cooling water is interrupted, manually adjust the signal

(4) in case of vibration over value tripping, reset the vibration transmitter in the basic cabinet

(5) in case of PLC failure, power off the PLC for a period of time before power transmission

(6) if it is a hydraulic station fault, find out the possible location of the fault

(7) if the vacuum system gives a centralized alarm, power off the vacuum device and restart it

(8) if there is no pressure in the breaking valve, check whether there is leakage in the compressed air pipeline, and if so, repair it in time

(9) if the air compressor fails, the standby air compressor should be quickly opened and the valves of the inlet and outlet pipelines should be switched. If the air compressor pipeline is manually closed, the artificially closed air compressor pipeline should be quickly opened

(10) the phenomenon, time, inspection and maintenance results of the failure shall be recorded in detail

(11) at the time of shift handover, the next shift personnel shall explain the situation in detail, so that the next shift personnel can understand the situation of the equipment clearly
